Personality:
Nizhoni is not talkative, like most people are today. When she speaks, it's usually 'yes' or 'no' to a question, and in a soft voice which is soft enough that you can't hear it. Most people know by her soft voice that she doesn't want to be heard. Others know that she does not want to be seen as well, since she often separates herself from the rest of the class; by picking an empty desk or seat farthest away from the rest of the students. Aside from school, Nizhoni stays inside while everyone else is outside at the park, or malls. Her only means of communication are chatting (on a computer) and by phone (calling or texting). But if Nizhoni is confronted by a new person, she will try to make them feel welcome to the school, often befriending them. This brings out her nicer side.Appearance:
Nizhoni is considered wicked, when it comes to her art. She finds macabre and Gothic things to be very interesting, while everyone else considers it as scary, or creepy. They even consider Nizhoni to be goth or creepy, which is why they don't talk to her. She may seem like an evil child at first, but really, Nizhoni is a loving person. She is usually compassionate towards friends and family. Whenever she is around a good crowd, Nizhoni won't have any problems with anyone at all. This side of Nizhoni has never been seen at Karakura High, but it has been seen a lot back at her old school in America. Nizhoni, if around friends, is really nice, jokes around a lot, makes a few sex jokes (which is to be blamed on her friends) here and there, but will not harass a person in that way. She will only change a few words around, so that she won't upset or anger a person.
Another hidden side of Nizhoni; basically, Nizhoni gets sad easily, whether it’s sad love stories or when she's hurt someone else's feelings on accident. She hates to see someone unhappy; it has an effect on her. This means she’ll most likely break out into tears. Nizhoni is angered easily with a few words, such as “Lez”, “Goth”, “Emo”, “Devil”, and “Weird”. “Lez” angers her the most, to the point where she could attack a person for simply saying it. She sees it as a derogatory or offensive word that should be “killed”. Nizhoni can stay angry for a long period of time, and can take it out on other people who bother her. Even though she gets angry quick, and thinks evil, Nizhoni does not believe in violence. To her, fighting does not solve anything; it only brings more violence. This was one quality of Sierra that Nizhoni adored.
She likes to draw, and a lot; Nizhoni has thousands of notebooks filled with drawings and doodles and designs. Most of her notebooks are filled with unfinished stories, since she also likes to write. Nizhoni also likes Yuri, flowers, cats, drinking Iced Tea, eating candy, rainy days, music, and vivid colors (Neon colors, definitely). She doesn't like to go to school at all, but understands that she must go. She also does not like to be called by her Navajo first name, "Nizhoni"; she prefers to be called "Amara". Nizhoni doesn't like it when people cannot accept those for themselves, crowded places, when people act up just to get attention, sharks, spiders, snakes, waking up early in the morning, perverts, and rapists. Nizhoni's fears are closed or crowded places. (Overpopulated cities, small apartments, crowded streets, etc)
Nizhoni is a very small girl standing at 5'1", and weighing at 90 lbs. She is tanned, since her father and mother are two different complexions, but she has most of her mother's facial features, such as her brown eyes, ears, and nose. Her face structure, chin, eyebrows, and lips come from her father. She has short arms, like her mother, but long legs like her father, which are both very thin for a girl her age. Nizhoni dresses in black, no matter what the occasion is. Weddings, she wears black, family outings--black, birthday parties--black, even on the happiest of days she will wear black from head to toe. Her outfits are usually black hoodies or black blazers, Lolita skirts, black leggings and black boots, with black earrings, a black choker, and even black make up, minus the lipstick. She has several alternate forms she can go into. (See Powers > Powers Second Stage: With the Soldiers of the Queen )Origin of Power:
She was born with these powers, but they had came to her much later on in her childhood. On her 14th birthday, she was given five pieces of jewelry (Two sets of bracelets, two sets of anklets, and one choker) by her father, to signify her coming of powers. That night, 5 spirits--African warriors and magicians--confronted her, explaining that they are the Soldiers of the Queen: Sanaa of Nature, Yejide the Shape-Shifter, Makena of Happiness, Zola of Tranquility, and Akachi the Lion Warrior Each them represents an element: Sanaa represents Earth, so she has an Earthy appearance; Zola represents Wind, so she would have a windy appearance; Yejide represents Metal, so he would have a metallic appearance; Makena represents fire, so she would have a fiery appearance, while Akachi does not represent an element. Their job is to serve their Queen Zuri, and Nizhoni is her reincarnation. The Soldiers of the Queen have an ally: Six Souls of the Majesty--They guard Sierra. Nizhoni can summon the Soldiers of the Queen when she needs help.Special Abilities:
She is skilled with putting emotion into words and drawings. Ever since she was a toddler, she had been drawing happy and sad people, and came up with reasons why, such as they got a cookie or someone hit them. Nizhoni does not like to dance, but she tries to imitate the dance styles of famous singers; the results are satisfying.Powers First Stage:
Relying solely on reiatsu, Nizhoni can take it and mold it into any weapon she can think of. But, depending on the weapon affects how much she uses. Daggers and Hunting knives take only a little bit of reiatsu, while clubs and maces take up nearly half of her reiatsu. Because of this reason, Nizhoni limits herself to small bladed weapons, such as daggers and short swords. Once she has her weapon, she takes her necklace, and ties it around the handle. Her reiatsu can change the appearance of her blade, by replacing the metal with the other three elements: Earth, Wind and Fire, but it does not take on the form of any of the Protectors. Whatever elemental form the blade takes, each form has their level of damage.Powers Second Stage:
Fire is supposedly the most damaging one out of the three Elements Nizhoni can pick for her dagger. While in the Fire Element Form, the blade can turn into a large pillar of fire that is 5x times the height of Nizhoni herself. Then, the pillar goes straight up in the air, turning into a large wave, and drive straight towards the target at full speeds. In Wind Form, Nizhoni can swing the blade-less dagger around to create gusts of wind to pick up debris of all shapes and sizes, and gather them in a tornado created by her dagger. She swings the blade again to hurl the debris at the target. It is a 50/50 chance that he or she will mostly like dodge the debris. In Earth form, the blade takes on a muddy appearance. She aims the dagger at the opponent, and shoots oval-shaped rocks of hardened mud towards the opponent, which are meant to leave bruises and scrap large amounts of skin and flesh on the body. Again, there is a 50/50 chance that the target can move out of the projectile's path.
Nizhoni can fuse herself with any of the five Soldiers, doubling her speed and strength by 2 fold. Her appearance as a whole will change as well, depending on the Protector and his or her element. If she fuses with Sanaa; Nizhoni's arms will turn into a branch, then her fingers will turn into smaller branches with the drooping leaves of a Weeping Willow tree sprouting from them, and her legs will then mix into the ground, creating the roots. A tree must be rooted to the ground if it wants to grow. As for the head, Nizhoni's hair will grow rapidly, giving her the appearance of a Weeping Willow tree, now standing at 8 feet. In this form, She can use her leaves for whips, wrapping them around the target's body and swinging them around as if they were a doll. When she let's them go, the target's body will fly back at least 400 ft across the ground. If she fuses with Zola, Nizhoni will give up her human appearance and take Zola's windy form. Wind from all directions swirl around Nizhoni, which then allows her to make a tunnel that she can shoot at the opponent to knock them down or send them flying.Skill Level: Special Items: Intermediate
If she fuses with Yejide, her body will become solid and metallic. Since she has Yejide on her side, Nizhoni can make larger weapons that are molded together, such as maces and axes and scythes, even cannons and their bullets. Her reiatsu plus Yejide's energy is the "mastermind" behind all of this transformation of the body... but it takes a heavy toll on her. In exchange of this Metallic Form, she has to give up large amounts of energy, more than what she uses up in her first stage. If she were to fuse with Makena, then Nizhoni will appear to be a fiery/lava-like figure. While in this form, she can be very explosive. Like an erupting volcano, Nizhoni can shoot lava from her hands. Lava cools off rather quickly, which is why it is fired at really high speeds. Once it hits the target, it leaves 3rd degree burns, and hardens on any part of the body it came in contact with, putting extra weight on him or her and causing him to fall down.
Last but not least... Akachi and Nizhoni can fuse to create a Lion Humanoid with terrifying roars and thunderous footsteps. She can take the necklaces and anklets off and drown them in reiatsu to turn them into flat, circular blades. She usually throws one at a time, but can throw all of them all at once. The more she throws, the harder it is for the opponent to block them. Nizhoni can punch, kick or headbutt someone and send them flying away. The jewelry on the Lion Humanoid can be used for all of the elements that the other four Protectors represent. When Nizhoni picks two bracelets and two anklets, all four turn into the elements' colors: Fire is red, Earth is Brown, Metal is gray, and Wind is a light blue-ish color. She can take two of the rings to create an elemental combination. A cross between Sanaa's Weeping Willow and Zola's powerful tornadoes is common, just like Makena's lava and Yejide's transforming metal.
With Sanaa and Zola, Nizhoni can use the powerful winds to throw Weeping Willow leaves at the opponent, resulting in bad cuts on the opponent's body, since the leaves are hardened with reiatsu. When she releases the leaves, more grow in it's place. Makena's lava and Yejide's metals can be used for raining bombs. Nizhoni forms her cannon, and shoots a "regular" cannon ball into the air, which then explodes into tiny pieces of melted metal. Once they hit the ground or an object, they catch fire. Same with the target--if the piece of metal hits the opponent, then wherever the opponent got hit, that place will catch fire.

History/Background:
She was born on September 12 to a Japanese man, and an American woman. Tayori Satou and Amara Satou had big plans for baby Nizhoni, but they disagreed with each other's dreams. Amara said that Nizhoni should become a Fashion designer, while Tayori said she should be the next lead vocalist in a rock band. Sophistication versus Rebellion... Nizhoni never grew up to become either one, but she fell into the category of designer. At two, the walls were all decorated with flowers, suns, smiling stick figures and a few unrecognizable things. It was something that discouraged, but they knew she would have a lot of artistic potential. She transferred kindergarten drawings to sketchbooks that were sprawled out in Tayori's office/music studio.
At four, she met a brother that she never met. Ethan Satou, who was four years older than her. Ethan was a solitary boy with an imaginary friend. The imaginary friend thing seemed to influence Nizhoni. Everywhere she went, she would always talk to a girl named Sasayaki. The name sounded familiar; Sasayaki was the name of a little four year old girl who drowned during the summer.... twenty years ago. It was then revealed that Nizhoni could see and talk to spirits! Tayori told his wife, but she refused to listen--ghosts didn't exist to her. Talking to ghosts was a whole lot better than talking to the kids at school. When Nizhoni was 8, people called her freak or weirdo, or just plain avoided her. Every day, she was asked if she made any friends. Nizhoni would always say "No. No one likes me". Hearing her say that upset her mother and father. But they had more grown up problems to deal with. Nizhoni thought that was perfectly fine. When she turned 10 years old, a new girl moved into Nizhoni's neighborhood. They became friends, then sisters, then lovers who couldn't reveal themselves to the cold, cruel world.
After their late night dates, 17 year old Sierra walked 15 year old Nizhoni home. Both girls had thought that someone was following them, but shrugged it off and assumed that since it was late, they were getting a little bit delirious. So, they hurried their way home, taking a shortcut through the woods. Out from the trees came a stranger, but a familiar to both girls. Sierra grabbed Nizhoni and began to run from the man. They ran as fast as they could, but they were unable to shake him off. Sierra had stopped running, and collapsed to the ground, bleeding in 7 places. It was unknown to her whether some one heard the gun shots and the screams at this time of night.
All she remembers is sleeping overnight at the hospital and Sierra hooked up to strange and bizarre machines. That memory stuck with her when she left the hospital in tears; the nurses said that she wasn't allowed to see Sierra at that time, even though Visiting Hours weren't over yet--they were nowhere near over! To make matters worse, Nizhoni didn't get to say goodbye to her, just in case if Sierra silently passed away. Nizhoni's grave of depression became bigger, thanks to the divorce of her parents. Since Amara already had Ethan, it was decided that Tayori should keep Nizhoni--which he did. He went back to his home country in Japan, back to his childhood home in Karakura Town, taking a still very depressed Nizhoni with him. Even now, as a 16 year old, she still cannot get over the fact that her dear Sierra has passed away already.
