In a world were Ichigo Kurosaki never met Rukia and gained his shinigami powers...
After the successful excection of Rukia Kuchiki and the betrayal of Sousuke Aizen, the shinigami fought his arrancar army partially in Hueco Mundo, and partially in Karakura town, a conflict that came to be known as The Great Karakura War. However, after taking out his arrancar elites, the soul society realized they had no weapon against his illusionary powers... or so they thought. Upon his exile, Kisuke Urahara had taken three children from the Shihouin mansion with him to raise them, train them, and give them the power to defeat Aizen. For 110 years he trained them and came up with devices to help them grow powerful. His work paid off, as they worked together and successfully defeated Aizen and his comrades. These three captains were called the Kyuusaisha, the "saviors of the soul society". The first two captains dealt with Kaname Tousen and Gin Ichimaru. The third captain had been assigned to enter hueco mundo and retrieve the Hogyoku as a side mission assigned by Urahara. However, while retrieving it, he had to battle Ulquiorra Schiffer, and upon recieving the Kogyoku, secretly tapped into it's power, giving him the extra edge he would need in the battle with Aizen. After these tasks were complete, they met and defeated Aizen. After the war, two of the three captains, Captain Nickcca and Captain Heero stayed with the soul society. However, the third captain, Roiben Masuno-Ryu, left the soul society, feeling the soul society wasn't the place for him, and knowing they would eventually discover his hollow powers.
100 years later...
The soul society has seen the use of humans in the combat of hollows on earth, and have been training them, and have even seen the start of a human organization to combat hollows. They plan to train humans to combat hollows, and use the extra free time that would give them to plan an invasion of hueco mundo to topple the new hollow king. However, unknown to the soul society, the hollow king has made an alliance with the king of a race previously unknown to them, the demon race. The vizard, led by former Kyuusaisha Roiben Masuno-Ryu, have taken in a group of Rouge shinigami led by a former captain named Kuri and they have helped the rouges form their own organization. The rouges, greatful to the vizard, choose to ally with them in the war. With the soul societies prejudice against vizard still high, they have also made this new alliance their enemy.
Who will win in this three way war, The shinigami and humans, the hollows and demons, or the vizards and rouges? There's no telling, but one thing is for sure... no world will be the same again after this war.
