"So much has changed since I've left...."
Sakura looked around the small district of the Rukongai--the place she lived in after following a Shinigami here. She tried looking for her friends, Dante and Yasu and Kazuki, the ones who supported her and helped her through the bad times. She wandered over to a house, knocking on the door and waited for someone in the house to answer. When they did answer, it was a short, old woman with millions of wrinkles in her beige skin. Her hair was grey and wrapped in a bun on top of her head.
"Excuse, me, ma'am.... Have you seen a trio of guys with the names Dante, Yasu and Kazuki Yuuki?" She sounded sweet, and well-mannered, something that the elderly liked from young teenagers. "Ahh... those three... such wonderful boys", the old woman said with a tooth-less smile, "They were here a minute ago... getting groceries for me. They should be back." She finished. Sakura figured that she couldn't see; the old woman's eyes were covered with a cloudy coating.
"Oba-san!!!", yelled out a young boy, carrying more than just two bags in his hands. Following him was a red-haired boy and a black-haired boy in a black kimono, similar to Sakura's. "Yasu, my boy! Welcome home!" the old lady exclaimed. Sakura watched with tears of joy forming in her eyes. "Kazuki, help your brother with the groceries.." The red-head Kazuki filed into their small habitat, while Sakura was left with the old lady and Dante. "Dante, you've met this sweet young lady before, haven't you?" Dante looked over at Sakura, smiling sweetly; He was happy to see her after a long period of time spend at the Shinigami Academy. "Yes, Oba-san, I have...", He had a such a sweet voice that Sakura could not resist, even if she wanted to. "Sakura-Chan, this is my grandmother... Hina Yuuki....", He said it as if the old lady Hina was the most important woman in the Soul Society.
Sakura held out her hand, allowing Hina to shake it, "It's nice to meet you, Hina-Sama.." Hina's hands, also wrinkly, felt like silk--which Hina felt the same about Sakura's hands. "Very nice to meet you too.... I've heard that you graduated... have you been assigned a place in the Gotei 13 yet?" She asked. Sakura shook her head, "No... They haven't put me anywhere yet... I'm looking forward to see who will I be joining though." It felt nice, talking to Dante once again...
