The Outback was a fantastic place to hide from the Shinigami. They wouldn't think to look there, unless there was something there that drew their attention. But since there was only a few varieties of animals living in the Outback, it was a highly unlikely situation. It was why Kurisuten Mu-a had chosen to run there instead of anywhere else. People didn't like the Outback, rarely ventured there so why would someone hide in plain sight? Because no one expected it.
Sure the heat during the day made Kuri sweat like a pig and sure the night made that sweat turn to ice cycles, but it was worth it. Finally Kuri could have a few days of peace from the rest of the world, without anyone bothering her or trying to fight her. Dammit, just the thought of a fight pissed her off. She hated fights and they were pointless unless you were protecting someone or something from destruction. Kuri sighed as her thoughts continued to ramble on aimlessly, she needed to relax.
Slowly, she sat down by the small little "Oasis" where she stayed and stared at the crystal clear water. The wind felt good today, blowing her decently long purple hair from her pale face and revealing her icy blue eyes. Even her shinigami garb decided it wanted to dance with the wind. Even though she was a Rogue Shinigami, she still wore the outfit, but it had her typical changes to it. Her right sleeve was missing and it had a hood, that and she always liked to walk bare foot. She wore a black cloth around her neck that she pulled up over her nose and mouth. She only used this mask when she was around people she didn't entirely trust or she was being professional. Her black fingerless leather gloves made tiny squeaks as she flexed her hands away from the double bladed katana on her right hip.
"Damn, today is a good day. Peaceful." She muttered to herself, so out of it that she didn't even detect the reiatsu nearby. Perhaps even if she was paying attention she might not of have felt it, no one would know because she wasn't paying attention.
