History/Background:
Age: Between 60 and 70 Years old
Gender: Female
Personality:
She is an easy-going person; she never worries about anything, and handles things the calm, peaceful way. Sierra is against using violence to solve problems (i.e: issues between people). She can get angry, but is calm at the same time. She’s also fun-loving, and thoughtful, even towards her sweetheart, Nizhoni.Even on the "battlefield", Sierra manages to keep her cool. Though she is against violence, Sierra will not run. It's a cowardly act, and she refuses to take such action; If it had been started, she will finish it, and move on since she does not dwell on past fights.Appearance:
Sierra can become depressed easily if she sees a couple walk past her, being as happy as they can be. When people see her this way, they want to help, but Sierra tells them to leave her alone so she can get over the depression by herself. This was why she and Nizhoni had their first argument--because Sierra refused to accept help. Sierra's number one habit, besides bottling up feelings, is daydreaming; she could do it all day and night if she chose to. But, it's "dangerous". If she were in battle, and start daydream, she is most likely to be attacked without her knowing it.
Zanpakuto Spirit:
Sierra's eyes are grey and light green, the left eye being grey and trhe right eye being light green. She is 5'11, and has a chest about the same size as Yoruichi and Orihime, and it shows when she is in her black, normal shinigami outfit. She has her zanpakuto tied to her waist, and decorated with purple charms, to remind herself of Nizhoni. Minus the piercings in the picture above, Sierra does have piercings in her ear; one in each ear. If she lets you, you can see that there are a few slash marks on her wrist, and a large one on her neck. She tries to cover it with her long, white-ish/blonde hair.
Sealed Zanpakuto:
Her name is Okami no Hono'o, which means Wolf of the Flame. She lives on an underground/Hellish-like island with constant flames as a moat. A barrier is kept around the visitor so they are not engulfed in the flames, or choke themselves on the smoke. Okami no Hono'o is a very loud, violent spirit who will try to kill anyone who annoys her. She enjoys watching pathetic people burn to death or being mutilated, something Sierra disapproves of. Whenever Okami no Hono'o is summoned, Sierra's blade pulses and smoke arises from the blade, letting Hono'o to take shape. Nothing special is given to either spirit or user at this point.
Shikai Description:
Sierra keeps her zanpakuto at the waist, tucked in her sash.
The zanpakuto's name, as mentioned above, is Okami no Hono'o. The release command is: Burn everything and everyone in your path, Okami no Hono'o. Okami no Hono'o the spirit is always in levitation after being released by Sierra.Shikai Abilities:
First dance: Inferno shower, Minefield of continuous combustion - Okami no Hono'o flies into the air at rapid speeds, and Sierra hurls it into the air so she can "stab" Okami no Hono'o, who then explodes into a billion embers. The embers fall down like raindrops, but at very high speeds so it is difficult to dodge at least some of them; when they stop pouring dow, you are safe... for now. When the embers hit the ground they become little chunks of combustible coal. If you come in contact with them, you will be caught in the enormous explosion, then the rest start to explode. These are very hard to avoid, since there are so many of them, and when tend to pull you in when they do explode. They can also end up in combustion before you even get to them, only when you are within close range.Bankai Description:
Second dance: Ring of fire, Crowded cage of luminosity - Shunpo is widely used in this "Dance", since it is used to create a small ring of fire. Okami no Hono'o allows gasoline to seep from the blade as Sierra leaves the tip of the blade on the ground and uses shunpo around her opponent. Then, Okami no Hono'o will fuse herself with the gasoline, igniting the flame. The flames eat up the oxygen in the air rather quickly, which is how they form a wall around him/her. You can get out, but you have to be fast-- If the walls form a closed arc, you are done, meaning that the cage closes in and you are burned to death.
Third dance: Cannonade, Ember bullets - Okami no Hono'o will take her entire body and form a wolf's head from the blade of Sierra's zanpakuto. Then, she opens her mouth and shoots out small ember-shaped bullets, about 900 to 1,000 under 3 or 4 minutes. These don't explode like the first dance, but they are hard to avoid. Sierra needs to reload after every use (shikai ability, not zanpakuto), since 3-4 minutes of nonstop firing is somewhat a waste of time.
In this form, a ring of fire with a red jewel inside is wrapped around her head, and most of her body is covered with her top. To cover up her chest, she is given a sleeveless undergarment. She is about 15-20x faster in this form. Okami no Hono'o also gets an upgrade; you can see her bones, and the werewolf-like appearance she has taken, and also appears to be taller than Sierra. ( 5'9" - 6'1" ) The sword itself is very different. The rounded hilt is on fire, and the sword is glowing bright orange, as if it were a piece of metal being melded. The sword is not hot enough to burn Sierra's hand.Bankai Abilities:
First dance: Blazing breath of the wolf of the flame - In this dance, Sierra holds her blade out towards her enemy, where Okami no Hono'o wolf shaped head takes form at the tip. Sierra will give her permission by saying "Breath, Wolf of the flame". At her command, Okami no Hono'o will open her mouth to allow a large ray of fire shoot towards the opponent. This blast of fire is enough to burn an entire forest with thousands to millions of people to the ground. You are able to get out, if you are fast enough to dodge this fiery blast.Skill Level: Kidou: Advanced
Second dance: Flaming blue spear - Sierra can take her sword, hold it in the air and let it transform itself into a spear that has been set ablaze with blue fire--the hottest of them all. Then, she clones herself four times and forms a circle around the opponent, allowing him/her to attack first. IF they hit a clone, but they burst into blue flames, then Sierra will charge at you from behind, and jab you in the abdomen area. Then the other clones do the exact same thing, but in other places: The head, shoulders, and chest areas. It is meant to kill the opponent, but it never works since the other clones' stabs aren't deep enough like Sierra's stab. Another reason why this couldn't be effective because it is not enough to kill someone who hasn't lost their energy/spiritual power/etc.
Third dance: Internal sea of flames - Sierra, being as fast as she can, surprises her enemy by stabbing them in the back. Her blade goes through the internal organs, where she will make her enemy explode from the inside. This works similar to the 2nd dance-- Sierra will inject gasoline into the enemy's body, but Okami no Hono'o will not ignite the gasoline, instead, Sierra will insert her hand in the wound, and fire Shakkako into it. The enemy's body will combust very quickly, so Sierra will suffer some of the damage.

History/Background:
Sierra believed that she was born and raised in Hell; being only attracted to females, and living with the most abusive mother and a drug-dealer father was reason enough to make Sierra drop from the face of the earth. So what stopped her? A friend? A relative? No, it was the beautiful, half-Japanese girl Nizhoni. For her, it was love at first sight. Nizhoni was all Sierra thought about as she laid on her bed, or during class. At first, she was really shy towards her whenever she tried to speak to Nizhoni. Nizhoni was always willing to listen to her, even if she stuttered or trailed off. Things that were the reason why Sierra was so in love with her, but there was another thing: her attitude towards violence, a deadly and unnecessary force in the world that needs to be rid of. That was the main thing the two girls had in common.
As years went by, Sierra and Nizhoni became closer until they were sisters, then lovers. Their relationship--highly forbidden--was to be kept secret, until they decided to run away and live together in a peaceful place. That was their silly dream: to run away to a paradise where they didn't have to worry about violence. Silly, but both Nizhoni and Sierra looked forward to it, especially Nizhoni. "This is what is keeping us together... besides our love for each other," She stated one day while cuddling with Sierra. They were as happy as any couple could be, but they knew that one day that like all other couples, theirs would go wrong sometimes. But, their unhappiness was caused by someone else's hateful nature. Sierra's mother was the first one to know about her daughter's affiliation with a female. Her mother took a branch from off of the tree--called a "Switch" in the South--and begun to beat her to the point where Sierra almost blacked out. That afternoon changed her whole life.
Sierra became very unhappy with life in her home, running away from home and missing school for long periods of time. This behavior worried Nizhoni. The more Sierra refused to talk about it, the more upset and hurt Nizhoni became; this bottling up of feelings eventually lead to the girls' first argument, resulting into Nizhoni running away. By the time Nizhoni came back home, safely, Sierra was ready to explain why she was depressed, which satisfied Nizhoni. By the time these two girls were 15 and 17, their worst nightmare came true. As Sierra walked Nizhoni home from a movie, a stranger approached them. He was unable to be identified, since it was dark and neither of the girls had a flashlight. Instead of standing there like idiots, they both ran away as fast as they could. As the stranger continued to shoot, Sierra received several bullet wounds in her back, and a single in the back of her leg and in her head.
The day after the attack, Nizhoni went to the hospital to visit Sierra, but was denied because she was Sierra's partner, and was also told that she had been dead since last night. Feeling heartbroken, Nizhoni left the hospital, and asked her parents to take her back home, either upset that she had died or that the employees at the hospital lied to her. But, Sierra was very much alive! She was lucky enough to survive several bullet wounds scattered across her body. When she was released from the hospital, a for-sale sign hung in Nizhoni's front yard, meaning only one thing: Nizhoni had moved back home. For one whole year, Sierra had to deal with her absence. She needed someone to be next to her, hold her, tell her it was okay... but she couldn't find anyone like Nizhoni who could do that. Finally fed up with the loneliness, Sierra took a knife and cut along her neck, and collapsing onto the floor, dying. Her last words were: "Wait for me, Nizhoni Amara Satou..." before she closed her eyes for good, passing away two months earlier before Nizhoni turned 16.
Sierra floated around town for a couple of months, unaware that on the other side of the world, Nizhoni was dead as well. A couple of months turned into years; a shinigami, who's name is unknown to this day, told her to follow her to the "Soul Society", being as polite as she could be. Sierra considered it to be Heaven, where she was sure that Nizhoni would be at this point, allowed the shinigami to perform a Konso, and take her to the soul society. When she arrived, she was unsure of where to goor what to do. She stayed on her own until the child of a spirit came around, looking sad. She asked the girl what was wrong, and the child, Umi, said that she wanted a mother, something Sierra had experience in. So, she took the girl under her wing and became the child's mother. As Sierra watched Umi play with the other kids, she thought she had seen someone that resembled Nizhoni, and almost called out her name, but stopped herself after realizing that the girl she saw was not her. Disappointed, Sierra continued watching Umi in case something terrible happened.
Something did happen; Sierra was walking home with Umi when they were attacked by random criminals. Luckily, they managed to get through it, but since that day, Umi wouldn't go anywhere. Sierra on the other hand, wanted to become stronger so she could fend off criminals and protect her child from things like this. Someone suggested she should go to the academy where you can learn and train to become a shinigami. And that was exactly where she went. Her first year was terrible, since people often picked on her for being from District 79--one of the crime-infested districts; others assumed that she was really weak and wouldn't make it during the first year. But Sierra was determined to prove them wrong. She was able to put up with the harsh training (unlike the other students got) as well as the harsh comments.
Kidou was easy to learn; shikai was harder, but bankai was difficult. Sierra had tried achieving both shikai and bankai at the same time, but realized that it would be more difficult to do both; so she stuck with shikai. Several years was enough to perfect her zanpakuto, but several more to receive bankai. She didn't have the best control of her bankai, but she figured: something is better than nothing. When the time came to show off her abilities, Sierra did well with handling kidou, as well as hakudou. They were impressed, as well as General Yamamoto. Before Sierra left, Yamamoto asked if she had heard of a girl, who went by Nizhoni Satou (Nizhoni reminded Yamamoto of Sierra's eagerness, hard work and determination). The name rung a few familiar bells. Sierra said, "Yes. I know her, we were really great friends back when were alive" Yamamoto told her that her he will send her new captain to come get her soon; Sierra ran off to look for Nizhoni, while waiting on her new captain.
